After the success of the ‘Thank God I’m a Country Boy’ tour, Jimmy Duchateau and his band return with a brand-new show. With Rocky Mountain High, Jimmy Duchateau shows that John Denver is much more than ‘Annie’s Song’ and ‘Leaving on a Jet Plane’. Together with his band, he dives into the American singer-songwriter’s repertoire, from audience favourites such as ‘Perhaps Love’, ‘Calypso’ and ‘Country Roads’ to lesser-known work that reveals just how versatile Denver was as a composer and storyteller. After thirty albums and four decades, John Denver is still relevant, and the life lessons in his lyrics prove to be surprisingly timeless. Rocky Mountain High is a grand show with an intimate atmosphere that gives Denver’s legendary music the attention it deserves.
