Nuria Tello and Enrique Álvarez present their duo Alharaca, a project born from their shared love of classical music and their Spanish heritage. Since 2023, they have been collaborating on programs that emerge through playing, experimenting, and truly listening to each other, where classical music and folklore meet. The duo offers a fresh perspective on chamber music: well-known works are cast in a new light, with careful attention to color, rhythm, and timbre. Through their interplay and attentive listening, a dynamic arises that allows the music to move between familiar melodies, surprising harmonies, and intimate moments.

Our lunchtime concerts are a delight to experience: both literally and figuratively! Taking a break in the middle of the day to relax for an hour with a nice concert in the Small Hall really makes the day feel refreshing. From piano recitals to chamber music and brass ensembles, the offerings are varied and innovative. Since we believe that emerging talent deserves a platform, our lunchtime concerts feature (recently graduated) students, competition winners, and other promising gems.
