Athens Collective

Athens Collective returns to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven with a tribute to three icons of Greek music: Mikis Theodorakis, Manos Hatzidakis, and Giorgos Zampetas. One hundred years after their birth, the group presents a selection of songs that have touched generations – about love, longing, resistance, and everyday life. The music tells stories and shows how these composers helped shape the musical heart of Greece. Athens Collective is a Greek-Dutch ensemble of five musicians with roots in Athens and the Netherlands. With their warm, authentic sound, they bring the rich tradition of Greek music to life in our Kleine Zaal!
