The Netherlands is a wonderful country where many things are going well. But sometimes, things could be a little smarter, faster or simply better. As one of the fastest-growing cities in the Netherlands, Eindhoven faces significant challenges and opportunities in housing, entrepreneurship, social cohesion and the city’s continued development. During Blik Vooruit, guests on stage will share insights, raise questions and, above all, engage in conversation with each other and the audience about how the Netherlands and the region can continue to thrive in the future. No lengthy monologues, but thought-provoking opinions, relatable experiences and plenty of room for dialogue. Blik Vooruit is an evening for those who simply want to listen as well as those who want to have their say. Together, we’ll explore regional and national issues that can help move our country forward.
This edition brings together voices offering different perspectives on the future of the Netherlands and the region. Expect experts, critical thinkers and policymakers, as well as successful local entrepreneurs. The evening will be hosted by the energetic Splinter Chabot. Alongside the on-stage programme, representatives from social organisations and ING will also be present to hear your thoughts and answer your questions.
Please note: this evening will be spoken in Dutch
