Dikkie Dik en de taart

Dikkie Dik is celebrating his birthday. On the table, there’s a big cake. Dikkie Dik takes a bite of the cake. Wow, it’s delicious! He takes another bite, and another… Dikkie Dik, stop, you’re going to get sick! But Dikkie Dik doesn’t listen… The cake is gone, and now Dikkie Dik has to go look for milk, eggs, and apples to bake an apple pie. But, being as mischievous and curious as he is, everything starts to go wrong. Can the party still go on? Is there enough cake for Dikkie Dik’s friends?

Dikkie Dik and the Cake: a small, charming musical performance for toddlers, preschoolers, and their parents. The audience is actively involved in the performance. There will be lots of singing and shouting along to new original songs about Dikkie Dik. The story is told around a life-sized book featuring original Dikkie Dik illustrations by Jet Boeke
