Eindje van de Week is the talk show for the Brainport region of Eindhoven. Every three weeks, presenters Mike Weerts and Hans Matheeuwsen welcome inspiring guests from the worlds of politics, culture, sports, and society. Eindhoven is changing rapidly, and this is particularly noticeable in traffic. For many residents, this causes daily inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Mike and Hans discuss this with urban planner and Eindhoven expert Ronald Rijnen and Paul Henkemans, chair of the Better Eindhoven Foundation. Former top swimmer and chef de mission of TeamNL Pieter van den Hoogenband is also a guest, and Rayan van Laarhoven, winner of the Jeugdlintje 2025, joins as well. This week’s musical guest is Edwin Jongedijk, singer of Americana band Sunken Lands. As always, singer-songwriter Iris Penning will conclude as the poetic reporter of the week, and there will be a new episode of Straatpraat. Stay for drinks afterwards to kick off your weekend. M is the perfect location for your Friday afternoon drinks. Admission is free!
