The irresistible sounds of Catalan rumba, flamenco and salsa return to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. The Grammy-winning Gipsy Kings, led by the legendary Nicolas Reyes, have been captivating millions of listeners around the world for decades. Since their spectacular breakthrough in 1987 with their debut album, which achieved gold and platinum status worldwide, the band has grown into an international phenomenon. Global hits such as ‘Bamboléo’, ‘Samba Samba’ and ‘Djobi Djoba’ brought their unique blend of flamenco, Latin and Western pop to the world’s biggest stages. Their own interpretations of ‘Volare’ and ‘Hotel California’ also earned them worldwide acclaim. For more than forty years, the unmistakable voice of Nicolas Reyes has remained the heart of the band, continuing to bring the energy and passion for which the Gipsy Kings are renowned.
