In 2010, we got to know Jaap when he won the third season of X Factor. What followed was a successful career in both the Netherlands and Belgium. With hits like “Nu Wij Niet Meer Praten,” “Alles Komt Goed,” and “Mijn Kleine Presidentje,” he consistently strikes an emotional chord. In 2022, Jaap participated in Beste Zangers, where he gave a beautiful rendition of Nielson’s “Grijs.” This song reached position 280 in the Top 2000 of 2023! In February 2023, Jaap released his long-awaited album “Als Je Voor Me Staat,” featuring both well-known hits and new songs. Tonight, we will enjoy the beautiful lyrics and stories of this charismatic singer.
