After the success of his album Night Prayer and his notable appearance on Liefde voor Muziek (the Belgian counterpart to Beste Zangers), Jasper Steverlinck returns with his new album The Healing. The Flemish singer-songwriter rose to fame in the 1990s as the frontman of Arid and has since become a mainstay in the Belgian music scene. His music — praised by artists like Bono, Eddie Vedder, and Randy Newman — moves between melancholic pop and folk, marked by his expressive voice and understated, personal lyrics. In this theatre show, Jasper reveals different facets of his musical world — from intimate and restrained to grand and captivating.
