A creative showcase where ten (singer-)songwriters and composers from Eindhoven and the surrounding area take the stage. Each artist will perform two songs: one solo and one in collaboration with another participant. The lineup is still a surprise, but it promises to be a creative explosion. Expect enthusiastic musicians and a variety of music styles. What unites them is a deep passion for music, the ambition to create, the desire to be creatively challenged, and the goal to grow as musicians. In short: let yourself be inspired!
Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Stichting Leergeld Eindhoven. This foundation supports children from families facing financial difficulties, ensuring they don’t miss out on in-school and extracurricular activities. Their mission is that every child gets to participate.
This project is led by Eindhoven native Guido Lap, pianist, composer, singer-songwriter, and owner of Lapiano (a music school in Eindhoven).
For the Love of Music
Community life is a crucial social and cultural driver in our society. Few things connect people as deeply as joining a club or association. Without a doubt, the association is one of the most effective tools against division in society. Both clubs and enthusiasts, as well as independent practitioners of amateur arts, can find a place at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. With the project For the Love of Music, we are pleased to offer our venues to everyone who loves music: creators, artists, and musicians from Eindhoven and the surrounding region.
