Frank Gambale is one of the most influential guitarists in modern jazz. His work with Chick Corea’s Elektric Band established him as a pioneer of fluid, harmonically rich lines, and his revolutionary sweep-picking technique has inspired generations of guitarists. In this masterclass, Gambale shares his in-depth knowledge of improvisation, harmonic substitution, and technical refinement. He also discusses the development of his Cort signature models, including the new Luxe II, and demonstrates how instrument choice and technique reinforce each other. A unique opportunity to learn from one of the great innovators of the instrument.
