Merhaba Eindhoven – Bazaar

Harmonie Turks Muziek Koor was founded in 2020 by Şükrü Deksizer with the aim of raising awareness of classical Turkish music within the multicultural society of the Netherlands. The choir is conducted by Uğur Akbaba. It consists of around 45 members of both Turkish and Dutch origin, who sing together and play instruments. During concerts, the musical accompaniment is often provided by experienced Greek, Dutch, and Turkish musicians.

Pötibör is a cover band made up of five passionate part-time musicians: Baran (drums), Sinan (electric guitar), Meltem (bass), another Sinan (clarinet), and Ece (vocals). Alongside their professional careers, they find their true passion in music. Pötibör delivers Turkish pop-rock with a fresh twist, blending the nostalgia of the ’80s and ’90s with the energy of the 2000s. Their performances resonate with audiences, creating a warm atmosphere filled with memories and new moments. For them, making music is more than just a hobby, it’s a shared experience that brings joy and connection!

Rastika brings a musical passion to the stage that spans a wide landscape with roots in Turkey. In addition to Turkish pop, the Eindhoven-based band also performs folk songs and old city tunes (kanto), creating a colourful blend of styles. With Emre on guitar (acoustic or electric), Deniz on bass, Sinan on clarinet, Veysel on percussion and Hilye as vocalist, Rastika reinterprets familiar melodies with original arrangements. The result is a warm, surprising and intimate musical experience. For Rastika, music is not only something to play, but something to share together. Come and be part of it on the festival stage!
