Bruce Springsteen, the artist behind iconic songs such as ‘Born in the U.S.A.’ and ‘The River’, is celebrated worldwide for his legendary marathon concerts — but he is much more than that. In ‘The Sound of Springsteen’, audiences discover every side of Springsteen. An evening-long journey through the man and his remarkable body of work, featuring a large live band, a treasure trove of songs, and a handful of stories. The stories are told by writer, presenter, interviewer, and above all passionate Springsteen fan Leon Verdonschot. On stage, he is joined by a live band featuring Tim Akkerman, Joost Marsman, Sanne Monster, and Dennis Kolen. A tribute to a legend, and an evening for everyone who has ever recognised themselves in his music.
