Vergane Glorie

Björn van der Doelen, Martijn Kuijten, and Ruud van den Boogaard present Vergane Glorie, a musical tribute to remarkable Brabanders. Throughout Brabant’s history, villages have been home to unique and colorful characters who lived life their own way. The well-known Brabicana trio honors these independent, vibrant figures, including Eindhoven’s street preacher Arnol Cox, who passed away in 2020. Through songs, they tell the stories of Arnol and eight other unconventional personalities, spanning from Oploo to St. Willebrord. This heartfelt, musical journey through Brabant celebrates those who dared to be different.

The Riethoven-born singer-songwriter Niall Hoover (Niels Verhoeve) blends folk, pop, jazz, and hip-hop in his music. Since he started writing in 2017 following the passing of his mother, he has composed a wide range of English-language songs inspired by personal experiences. His melancholic music effortlessly draws you in, with a warm voice and subtle guitar playing that moves or uplifts you.
