Festival Oude Muziek presents three concerts at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven featuring the finest early music. Le Caravansérail performs the Leçons de ténèbres by François Couperin, framed by a suite for viola da gamba and intimate harpsichord music. Gambist François Joubert-Caillet and harpsichordist Philippe Grisvard explore the rich oeuvre of Johannes Schenck. Ratas del Viejo Mundo explores love in all its dimensions through Italian madrigals. In this concert series, you will discover how this music must originally have sounded.
