Storioni Festival

From May 21 to 29, 2025, Eindhoven will transform into the beating heart of chamber music during the Storioni Festival. The program at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven offers a diverse selection of masterpieces.

On May 22, the new generation of musicians will shine in a lunchtime concert with works by Beethoven, Shchedrin, and Schumann. The Paddington Trio, winners of the 2024 Storioni Concours, will perform Schumann’s intense Piano Trio in D minor. Spotlight Artist Bruno Tobon, laureate of the Cello Biennale, will be featured in two contrasting works for cello and piano. The highlight of the festival will be the concert by Liza Ferschtman, Ivan Karizna & the Storioni Trio on Thursday, May 22. An evening full of passion, fervor, and romance, with music that expresses love in all its forms: from fiery Argentine tangos to the profound emotions of Clara and Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms. On Sunday we are treated with a delightful concert: the Storioni Trio & festival guests will perform the most beautiful chamber music.
