Echa Polski
Fashion show Violetta Riedel
Violetta Riedel is a designer and photographer. Alongside her social commitment, she has been creating unique wearable artworks for years from post-production materials, discarded clothing, and materials that were originally never intended to be worn. With her designs, she gives these materials a second life and demonstrates how sustainability, craftsmanship, and art can reinforce each other. Crocheted tablecloths, embroidered fabrics, and other traditional textile forms are transformed in her hands into contemporary wearable works of art. In this way, memories, family history, and craftsmanship take on new meaning on the catwalk. With her latest collection, Echa Polski, ‘Echoes of Poland’, Violetta takes the audience on a journey through Polish culture.
