The Blue Grass Boogiemen are celebrating their 35th anniversary, and we’re marking the occasion at Americana Mondays! The band began their career as street musicians in Utrecht and have grown into the Dutch ambassadors of authentic roots music. Since then, they’ve toured all over the world—from Lowlands to Nashville and from Vlieland to New York. They’ve performed with legends from the country and bluegrass scenes and have won several awards. Bluegrass Unlimited describes their style as “high-energy bluegrass at its finest,” and even Chris Hillman (The Byrds) praised the quartet enthusiastically. The Blue Grass Boogiemen deliver world-class roots music, straight out of the Netherlands!
