Ella Zirina, named a Rising Star by NRC, is one of the most striking young voices in the international jazz scene. Her innovative guitar playing and distinctive compositions blend technique with feeling, emotion, and a personal style. Since her Edison-nominated debut album “Intertwined” (2023), created during a residency at BIMHUIS, she has performed at major festivals, from the North Sea Jazz Festival to the Oslo Jazz Festival.
