Five musicians and friends who have found their own form of entertainment with brass instruments and pounding bass – that’s Fäaschtbänkler! The festive band from the Swiss Rhine Valley turns the world of folk music upside down with their self-proclaimed ‘Blowpop’ and ‘Humpa-Tekkno’. Their music is a mix of pop, brass, electronic music, pumping house beats, and techno. And with the use of instruments such as a trumpet, baritone, accordion, guitar, drums, clarinet, saxophone, and alphorn, Fäaschtbänkler is as versatile as a Swiss army knife! They score millions of views with their videos on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and you have surely heard hits like ‘Can You English Please’, ‘ALL IN’, ‘GLÜCK’, and ‘Humpa Humpa’ at the après-ski bar.
