American singer-songwriter and guitarist Madison Cunningham is widely regarded as one of the most innovative songwriters of her generation. Blending folk, Americana and indie rock, she has developed a distinctive sound all her own. Following her critically acclaimed debut “Who Are You Now” (2019) and the Grammy-winning “Revealer” (2022), she released her third album, “Ace”, in 2025. On the record, Cunningham pairs richly layered compositions with virtuosic guitar playing and subtle, unexpected storytelling. Tonight, her songs take on a new dimension in specially commissioned arrangements, performed by the renowned Metropole Orchestra under the direction of Sam Gale.
