Grupo di Betico, one of the most emblematic bands of traditional Aruban music, is celebrating its 55th anniversary and is coming to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. Since its inception as a family band in the late 1950s and its official establishment in 1968, Grupo di Betico has been a beacon of joy and pleasure for the Aruban community. Over the past 15 years, Grupo di Betico has grown into a dynamic group that is active year-round. Through collaborations with international guest artists such as Izaline Calister, Jerau, and Pipe Pelaez, Grupo di Betico surprises and entertains both local and international audiences with their infectious music and energy. It can be described as a fusion of Aruban folklore and Latin music, guaranteeing an evening that will stimulate all your senses.

For the Love of Music

Community life is an important socio-cultural engine of our society. There is little else that connects people as much. The association is undoubtedly one of the most effective means against division in society. Both associations and enthusiasts, as well as independent practitioners of amateur art, can turn to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. With the project “For the Love of Music,” we are pleased to make our venues available to everyone who loves music: creators, artists, and musicians from Eindhoven and the surrounding region.
