In 2019, artist and musician Barend van Hoek released his storyboard novel MOON!. Over the course of five years, he created 147 painted images that together form a mysterious road movie, inspired by the work of 18th-century painter Francisco Goya. Musician and artist Niels Duffhues forged these images into a moving whole. During the screening, they will jointly provide a live, improvised soundtrack on electric guitars as part of BRIDGE Around Town at Paviljoen Ongehoorde Muziek.
