Nancy Zeltsman meets CvA Percussion & Chopin University

Drop in during your lunch break, and let this be the most relaxing hour of your day. Marimba specialist Nancy Zeltsman, together with students from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and the Chopin University of Music, perform solo and small ensemble works in a mix of styles — composed, arranged, and commissioned by Zeltsman and others. Nancy presents a tribute to “Two Thomases” — maestro Michael Tilson Thomas and Andrew Thomas: influential Americans who made landmark contributions to the percussion repertoire. But you don’t need to know anything about percussion to come and unwind with us, surrounded by music.
