Nynke Dijkstra

Clarinetist Nynke Dijkstra (2004) began taking clarinet lessons at the age of eight. She is currently studying at Codarts, the Rotterdam Conservatory, where she has received instruction from, among others, Julien Hervé, Raphaël Schenkel, and Bruno Bonansea. At a young age, she won the Dutch Clarinet Competition (2013) and De Muziekwedstrijd (2015). Together with pianist Welmoed Poelstra, she won first prize at the Princess Christina Competition North in 2018, and that same year she was a finalist in the Royal Concertgebouw Competition. This afternoon, the young clarinetist will showcase her talents, accompanied by Spanish pianist Sara Gutiérrez Redondo.

Talent alone is not enough. Club TalentEmpowerment (ClubTE) is a network of companies that understands that talent makes the difference. In elite sports and music, but just as much within their own organisations. ClubTE supports more than 45 athletes and 11 musicians by enabling the services of TalentEmpowerment. This means that athletes and musicians receive guidance in their athletic, musical, and social development, as well as additional support within their elite sports and music programmes. ClubTE also serves as a valuable network for athletes and musicians to develop socially and as a strong knowledge network for the business sector.
