After his breakthrough in the 1980s as the frontman of the groundbreaking neo-psychedelic band The Dream Syndicate, Steve Wynn evolved into one of the most refined songwriters in the rock world. Following the band’s dissolution in 1989, he built an impressive solo career, releasing around 30 solo albums. Now, he returns with “Make It Right,” his first solo album in 10 years, and his book, “I Wouldn’t Say It If It Wasn’t True,” filled with captivating tour stories. On Monday, February 10, Steve will perform an intimate show at Americana Mondays, armed only with his acoustic guitar. Expect a mix of classics and hidden gems from The Dream Syndicate era, new songs, and surprising covers, combined with stories and anecdotes.
