Rising star in the world of guitar: Russian Vera Danilina! It was bound to happen when you win a competition at just 16 (the Frauchi Competition in Moscow). With brilliant technique, beautiful tone, and a complete readiness for the stage, she leaves her listeners spellbound. Her most recent achievement: first prize at the Concorso di Chitarra Classica Michele Pittaluga in Italy. This afternoon, the 25-year-old Danilina will showcase the myriad colors that the guitar can produce.
