Muziekgebouw Eindhoven strives to keep its ecological footprint as small as possible. As a visitor, you can make an important contribution to this, and we hope that you are willing to help us. You can help by travelling sustainably to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. For example, consider taking the train; Eindhoven Central Station is within walking distance. Moreover, trains also run after the concert. Alternatively, you can take your bike and park it for free in one of the bike parking facilities in the city centre. Is taking public transport or cycling not an option? Carpooling is, of course, also possible! Through Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, you can get discounted parking at all Q-park locations in Eindhoven city centre. Purchase your parking ticket here and save up to €10. Please note: entry is possible from 6:00 PM.

The doors for regular concerts open approximately half an hour before the start of the concert. For concerts with both seated and standing areas, the doors open one hour before the start. Times are subject to change.

It is not permitted to make professional photo, film, video, or audio recordings during the concerts. If the artist has no objections, you may take recordings with your mobile phone, as long as you don’t use a flash. We kindly ask you not to disturb other visitors.

It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks to our concerts and events.

The concert page indicates whether a drink during the interval is included with your ticket. If there is no interval during the concert, you can have your drink before or after the concert.

For safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring glassware or crockery into the concert hall. You can get a hard plastic cup at our bars if you wish to take your drink into the hall. At concerts and festivals with both standing and seated areas, drinks are always served in hard plastic cups by default, and these may be taken into the hall.

Unfortunately, latecomers may not always be admitted to the concert hall. This depends on the concert taking place. There are often large events in the city, which can make it very busy. Please allow enough travel time to avoid this situation.

For concerts with unreserved seating, you cannot reserve a specific seat. If you want the best seats during the concert, make sure to enter the concert hall on time.

Muziekgebouw Eindhoven is easily accessible for people with disabilities. If you would like to use special seating for wheelchair users and companions or bring a service dog, tickets can only be purchased by phone or at our Ticket Office. This way, we can assign you the best possible seats. If you are using an order form, please clearly indicate that you need a wheelchair seat or a seat with a service dog, and specify the type of wheelchair for appropriate seating. The wheelchair spaces are indicated on the seating plan.

Upon arrival, we can provide personal assistance if desired. A wheelchair is also available and can be prepared at the cloakroom. Two wheelchair lifts provide access to the halls, and wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on all floors.

At amplified concerts, we of course adhere to the maximum allowed decibel levels. However, it is still wise to protect your hearing so you can always enjoy the best music. Therefore, you can purchase a set of earplugs at our larger bars.

Our concert halls are equipped with a Sennheiser hearing loop. Headphones are available at the cloakroom, as well as induction loops for hearing aid users. At present, it is not yet possible to use the hearing system with hearing aids that have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connections. We also have a few reading lights available to borrow at the cloakroom. For children, booster seats are available (free to borrow, subject to availability).

Not all disabilities are visible; some are hidden and not immediately noticeable. Be visible when you choose to. Wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower discreetly informs our staff that you may need extra support, assistance, or a little more time. You can collect the sunflower for free at our Ticket Office.

Our Box Office is open from Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and also one hour before the start of a concert.

You can now find the Box Office in Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. It is accessible via the main entrance at Heuvel 140, 5611 DK Eindhoven (Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM). The Box Office is also open from one hour before the start of the concert.

When a concert is rescheduled, ticket holders will receive an email with the new date. If we do not receive a response to this email within two weeks, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new concert date, and your old tickets will remain valid. Tickets with the old date are still valid for the new concert date.

When a concert is cancelled, ticket holders will receive an email with more information about a refund.

Order one or more tickets for at least four separate concerts in a single order, and the service charges will be waived. Discounts can reach up to €5 per ticket. We call this the ‘keuzeabonnement’ (choice subscription), and it applies to all concerts in the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven programme.

For concerts from the classical brochures of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and Philzuid, tickets can be exchanged for another concert or a voucher up to three days before the concert. For other concerts, exchanges or returns are not possible. Read the terms of our return policy here.

It is not necessary to print your tickets. You can also have them scanned from your mobile phone. Use your email or the Ticketmatic app, where you can easily find all your concert tickets.

Muziekgebouw Eindhoven accepts the following vouchers and gift cards:

• Podium Cadeaukaart
• Philzuid vouchers and credits (only redeemable for Philzuid concerts)

The above gift and credit vouchers can be redeemed both online and at our Ticket Office.
Muziekgebouw Eindhoven has its own Podium Cadeaukaart, which can be purchased at our Ticket Office or online via PodiumCadeaukaart.nl. The national Podium Cadeaukaart is also available at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. With the Podium Cadeaukaart, you can buy tickets for all types of concerts and performances at over 250 venues. The card balance is valid indefinitely and can be spent all at once or in parts.

Are you under 30? Then you can take advantage of our Spottickets. Starting 24 hours before the concert, a ticket costs just €10. You can find more information about the terms and available concerts here.
