Press accreditations
Please register no later than three working days before the event by sending an email to [email protected]. You will always receive a reply by email confirming whether your request has been approved or declined. Without this confirmation, your accreditation request will not be valid. Muziekgebouw Eindhoven does not charge for press accreditations.
Conditions for applying for press accreditation
- Press accreditations can be requested by print media, radio, television, and (press) photographers.
- Due to the limited number of press places, hobby journalists and reviewers are not eligible for press accreditation.
- You must have previously published on the platform from which you are requesting the accreditation.
- Upon request, you must be able to provide insight into the average reach of the relevant platform.
Interview requests
Requests for interviews with artists or staff members of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven can be submitted via [email protected]. We recommend submitting your request well in advance, as we are often dependent on the response time of the management. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the interview, if possible. The above conditions for applications also apply here.
Photography
It is generally also possible for photographers to request press accreditation. Any photography restrictions you must adhere to will be communicated by email the day before the event. Upon arrival, photographers may report to our ticket desk to collect a press sticker, which must be worn visibly on your clothing. In addition, the following conditions apply:
- You use a silent camera.
- You preferably wear black clothing without (large) prints.
Videography
In all fairness, we often have to decline requests from videographers, as filming during a concert or event is usually not possible. That said, you are of course always welcome to try and obtain press accreditation for videography. We will gladly do our best to grant the accreditation if possible.
