Lotte Pen represents a new generation of classical musicians. After a successful career as a saxophonist performing in concert halls worldwide, she chose a new path: composing her own music, inspired by pop, neoclassical, and film music. Her debut album, “PELGRIM”, was released in 2022, and soon the follow-up, “The Alt. Mass”, will be available. For this album, Lotte explores the relevance of the Mass in today’s world. Together with singer Sytse Buwalda, she created an alternative Mass that sounds like a walk through an ancient building. During this concert, she actively involves the audience to test and refine ideas for this Mass. In addition to new pieces, Lotte will also perform tracks from “PELGRIM” tonight.

Concert rescheduled

Due to personal circumstances of Lotte, this concert has been rescheduled from Thursday, December 12, 2024, to Thursday, May 22, 2025. Ticket holders have been informed via email.
