Let conductor Jun Märkl take you along during the public dress rehearsal of Philzuid. Jun Märkl is a prominent conductor, renowned for his interpretations of both German repertoire and French Impressionist music. He has served as musical director for institutions such as the National Theatre Mannheim and the Orchestre National de Lyon. Since 2021, he has been the music director of the Malaysia Philharmonic Orchestra, and from 2022, he also holds this role with the National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan. Märkl has performed with many prestigious orchestras worldwide and has an extensive discography, including recordings of works by Schumann, Debussy, and Saint-Saëns.
