Tickets

The Rosin Octet is a dynamic ensemble based in the Netherlands, founded in 2021 by a group of young musicians from seven different countries. They have performed at venues such as the Arvo Pärt Centre and the Basel Social Club, and have received awards including the Audience Prize at the Fontys Willem Twee Chamber Music Competition and the Toonzaal Talent Prize 2023–2024. Their mission is to share their passion for the string octet formation. They perform classical repertoire, create new works with composers such as Enrico Ferri and Jay Schwartz, and surprise audiences with innovative projects like Letter from an Unknown Woman. Expect a concert full of energy, quality, and international musical flair.

Lunchtime concerts

Our lunchtime concerts are a delight to experience: both literally and figuratively! Taking a break in the middle of the day to relax for an hour with a nice concert in the Small Hall really makes the day feel refreshing. From piano recitals to chamber music and brass ensembles, the offerings are varied and innovative. Since we believe that emerging talent deserves a platform, our lunchtime concerts feature (recently graduated) students, competition winners, and other promising gems.
