The popular cabaret duo Yentl en de Boer are celebrating the release of their latest album, ‘De Dagen’, with a series of exclusive concert evenings, including one at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven! An evening featuring the best songs from the show ‘Rekhalzen’ and favourites from their repertoire. Accompanied by fantastic musicians, they tread their own unique path between electronic pop music and semi-acoustic theatre music. For 10 years now, the duo has been at the forefront of Dutch songwriting. Their lyrics are sharp, moving, incredibly funny and always cast a loving gaze on our struggles with being human. The work of Yentl Schieman and Christine de Boer has already been honoured on several occasions with two Annie M.G. Schmidt Awards for best theatre song, and they received the Poelifinario Award for best cabaret performance for the show ‘Modderkruipers’.
