Marieke Schenk is an energetic and quirky Nederpop artist who combines pop, rock, and electronic music with personal and relatable lyrics. With songs like ‘Verward Persoon’, ‘RADAR’, and ‘Gebruiksaanwijzing’, she manages to translate themes like identity, relationships, and ADHD into music in an accessible and playful way. Popronde
The Popronde is a free traveling festival that gives a stage to promising musical talent from the Netherlands. Many of the acts are still unknown, but later grow to the national top. Bands like Kensington, Froukje, Rondé, De Staat, MEAU, and Chef’ Special toured with the Popronde before their big breakthrough.
