During this concert by the Nederlands Filmorkest, the worlds of legendary film composers John Williams, Hans Zimmer, and James Newton Howard come together. Under the direction of conductor Sander Vredenborg, the orchestra pays tribute to these iconic composers. Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Hook and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, journey through the galaxies of Star Wars and Interstellar, and experience the adventures of The Rock and The Hunger Games. Of course, the moving music from Schindler’s List will not be missing from this diverse evening. Dutch composer Helge Slikker (known for the youth film Kauwboy) will share insights into the composers and their music.
