Need to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life? Want to leave the city’s chaos behind and fully unwind? Or simply enjoy a night to yourself? Then visit this Sound & Silence lounge concert. This experience stimulates your senses—listening while lying down adds a new dimension to attending a concert. The evening begins with a custom tea experience provided by Björn Cocu of Intelligentia Taste Rooms, followed by meditation and yoga exercises led by Erik Gijselhart of Licht op Yoga. Bring your own yoga mat, cushion, or blanket and relax while enjoying the music of BARTH.
Bart Hanswijk is the face behind BARTH. With his neoclassical piano music, he aims to slow down and unwind both the listener and himself. He discovered his passion for composing at the conservatory in Utrecht. BARTH. describes his piano music as a blend of pop and classical, focusing on tranquility and ambiance. Nature, peace, and people are his deepest sources of inspiration. BARTH.’s music has gained attention; last year he was selected for the traveling festival Popronde as the first classical artist. His track ‘beautifully broken’ has been streamed over 3.8 million times on Spotify and appears in several major playlists.
