Three-time Grammy Award winner Lucinda Williams has been forging her own musical path for 45 years. With her powerful, genre-blending style that seamlessly combines blues, folk, country, and rock, she’s a pioneer in the world of Americana. Williams grew up in Louisiana, surrounded by her mother’s folk records and her father’s self-written poetry collections – an ideal foundation for a singer-songwriter. Her debut album, “Ramblin’ on My Mind,” dates back to 1979, and since then, the American singer-songwriter has released numerous successful albums. She has received several awards and collaborated with artists like Bruce Springsteen, Willie Nelson, Jason Isbell, and Robert Plant. On June 26, Lucinda Williams returns to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven after nine years!
